摘　　要：心理育人是高校提升思想政治工作质量的“十大育人”体系之一,是高校思想政治工作的重要内容,是大学生全面发展的基础保障。随着高等教育规模的扩大,大学生群体也呈现多元化特点,家庭经济困难、学业问题、就业困难、身心困难、单亲家庭、重组家庭、家庭功能不良等方面原因产生思想、心理、行为等方面有明显行为偏差的“特殊群体”大学生比例逐渐增大。高校特殊大学生群体是学生教育管理工作的重点。“三全育人”的理念整合了育人主体资源、育人时间轴和育人实效资源,为高校特殊大学生群体心理育人提供有力的引导和保障力量。主要以高校大学生特殊群体为研究对象,以“三全育人”理念为指导,探讨特殊大学生群体心理育人的实践路径。The psychological education is one of the Ten Educational Systems for improving the quality of ideological and political work in universities,and it is also an important part of ideological and political work for college students,providing a fundamental guarantee for their comprehensive development.With the expansion of higher education,the student population is also becoming more diverse,with a growing proportion of students with clear behavioral deviations in terms of their thinking,psychology,and behavior,due to various reasons such as financial difficulties,academic problems,employment difficulties,physical and mental health issues,single-parent families,reorganized families,and poor family functioning.Special group of universities is the focus work of student education and management work in universities.The concept of Three-wide education integrates educational resources,educational timeframes,and educational effectiveness resources,providing a strong guide and force for the psychological education of special student groups in universities.This article mainly takes the special student group in universities as the research object,guided by the concept of Three-wide education to explore the practical path of psychological education for special student groups.
