摘　　要：随着人们对地下空间使用要求的不断提高,越来越多的地下室采用疏水地面,疏水地面的施工工艺与质量控制存在一定难度。本文以义乌苏溪项目为例,针对其地下室体量大、底板漏水隐患大的难题,设计地下室疏水地面施工工艺,研究疏水地面的施工质量控制关键要点,并总结一套地下室疏水地面施工工艺与质量控制方法。With the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for the use of underground space,more and more basements use hydrophobic ground,and the construction process and quality control of hydrophobic ground are difficult.Taking Yiwu Suxi project as an example,in view of the problems of large basement volume and large hidden danger of floor leakage,the construction technology of basement drainage ground is designed,the key points of construction quality control of drainage ground are studied,and a set of construction technology and quality control methods of basement drainage ground are summarized.
