摘　　要：习近平文化思想以“两个结合”为方法论指引,围绕新时代社会主义文化建设提出了一系列新思想新观点新论断,为新时代历史性变革开辟了中国特色社会主义文化治理的全新路向。经典马克思主义文化理论蕴含着无产阶级文化政治向社会主义文化治理转向的内在理路。基于马克思主义中国化时代化的历史经验,新时代历史性变革在党的治国理政能力建设的内在驱动下,对经典理论范式进行了创造性发展,并从国家治理现代化中生发出了一条与制度革新进路耦合互促的文化治理进路,构建了“制度强国”与“文化强国”双路向交织叠加的全新架构,形成了坚持马克思主义主导地位与有效促进文化建设开放包容、繁荣兴盛相协同的社会主义文化治理的中国特色,进而不断将国家“善治”内涵与格局的建构推向新的境界。Xi Jinping's cultural thought,guided by the methodological principle of the“Two Combinations”,has introduced a series of new ideas,perspectives,and conclusions centered on building socialist culture in the new era.This has opened a novel path for the cultural governance of socialism with Chinese characteristics amid the historical transformation of the new era.Classical Marxist cultural theory inherently encompasses the trajectory from proletarian cultural politics to socialist cultural governance.Drawing on the historical experience of the localization and modernization of Marxism in China,the historical transformation of the new era,driven by the Party's capacitybuilding in governance,has creatively developed the classical theoretical paradigm.From the perspective of modernizing national governance,a path for cultural governance has emerged that is coupled with and mutually reinforces institutional innovation.This path constructs a new framework intertwining the dual approaches of“institutional strength”and“cultural strength”.It establishes a socialist cultural governance model with Chinese characteristics that adheres to the guiding position of Marxism while effectively promoting cultural development characterized by openness,inclusivity,prosperity,and vitality.This,in turn,continuously advances the construction of the connotation and structure of“good governance”to new heights.
