青海省西宁市2019—2021年成年体检人群超重、肥胖检出情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析青海省西宁市2019—2021年成年健康体检人群的超重、肥胖水平和流行趋势,为当地卫生部门评估合理膳食行动提供科学依据。方法选取西宁市2019—2021年11家省市级医疗机构成年健康体检者324613例,采用χ^(2)检验分析不同性别、年龄组体检人群中超重与肥胖检出情况。结果体检对象平均年龄为(39.71±12.48)岁,2019—2021年共检出超重和肥胖人数分别为111126例和36213例,超重率和肥胖率分别为34.23%和11.16%;男性体检人群的超重率和肥胖率(41.93%、14.09%)均高于女性体检人群(22.54%、6.70%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12966.581、4287.112,P<0.001);随着年龄的增长,男性和女性体检人群的超重率和肥胖率均呈上升趋势(χ^(2)趋势男=3361.704、1196.341,χ^(2)_(趋势女)=4522.620、1512.913,均P<0.001);2019—2021年男女性体检人群的标化超重率和肥胖率均呈上升趋势,超重和肥胖的年均增长率分别为1.07%和2.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)_(趋势)=750.761、266.811,P<0.001)。结论青海省西宁市成年体检人群的超重率和肥胖率均较高,呈现男性高于女性、逐年上升的特点,需针对性地开展膳食健康教育、倡导吃动平衡等合理膳食行动,以尽早预防和控制人群超重和肥胖。Objective To analyze the overweight and obesity level and epidemic trend among the adult medical check-up population from 2019 to 2021 in Xining City,Qinghai Province,and to provide a scientific basis for local health departments to assess the rational dietary actions.Methods A total of 324613 adult medical check-up people from 11 provincial and municipal medical institutions in Xining from 2019 to 2021 were selected.The detection rates of overweight and obesity in medical check-up population among different gender and age groups were analyzed by the Chi-square test.Results The average age of the medical check-up objects was(39.71±12.48)years old.From 2019 to 2021,the number of overweight and obesity individuals detected was 111126 and 36213,with overweight and obesity rates of 34.23%and 11.16%,respectively.The overweight and obesity rates among the male medical check-up population(41.93%and 14.09%)were higher than those of the female medical check-up population(22.54%and 6.70%),with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=12966.581,4287.112,P<0.001).With increasing age,the overweight and obesity rates in both male and female medical check-up populations showed an upward trend(χ^(2)_(male trend)=3361.704,1196.341,χ^(2)_(female trend)=4522.620,1512.913,all P<0.001).The standardized overweight and obesity rates among both male and female medical check-up populations showed an upward trend from 2019 to 2021,and the average annual growth rates of overweight and obesity were 1.07%and 2.89%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)trend=750.761,266.811,P<0.001).Conclusion The overweight and obesity rates among adult the medical check-up population in Xining City,Qinghai Province,are comparatively high,and present the characteristics of higher rates in males than females and an annual upward trend.It is needed for targeted dietary health education and advocation of eating and exercise balance should be carried out to prevent and control overweight and obesity in the population as early as po
