普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合米索前列醇在围绝经期及绝经后妇女取环术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨围绝经期及绝经后妇女应用普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合米索前列醇在取环术中的应用价值。方法选取102例行取环术的围绝经期及绝经后妇女,随机分为两组,每组51例。试验组应用普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合米索前列醇进行干预,对照组仅应用普罗雌烯阴道胶丸进行干预。比较两组取环术成功率、围术期相关指标及术后2 h内的疼痛程度。结果试验组取环术成功率98.04%高于对照组的86.27%(P<0.05)。试验组平均手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后0.5 h、1 h、2 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在围绝经期及绝经后妇女的取环术中应用普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合米索前列醇,能够有效提高取环术的成功率和手术顺利进行,降低患者疼痛感,值得基层医院推广与应用。Objective To investigate the application value of proestrene vaginal pill combined with misoprostol in intrauterine device removal provedure for perimenopausal and postmenopausal women.Methods 102 perimenopausal and postmenopausal women were selected,then divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with proestrene vaginal pill combined with misoprostol,while the control group was treated with proestrene vaginal pill only.The success rate,perioperative indexes and pain degree within 2 h after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of ring extraction in test group was 98.04% higher than 86.27% in control group(P<0.05).The average operation time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of experimental groups at 0.5 h,1 h and 2 h after operation were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of proestrene vaginal pill combined with misoprostol in the removal of intrauterine devices for perimenopausal and postmenopausal women can effectively improve the success rate and smooth operation,and reduce the pain of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application in primary hospitals.
