睡眠时间对孕中晚期妊娠期糖尿病患者夜间低血糖率的影响

摘　　要：目的研究睡眠时间对孕中晚期妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者夜间低血糖率的影响。方法选取94例GDM患者,调查孕24~28周中晚期睡眠时间,分为<7 h睡眠不足,7~9 h睡眠不足,>9 h睡眠过多,观察患者夜间低血糖发生情况。结果睡眠不足组夜间低血糖发生率为26.09%(6/23);睡眠正常组的夜间低血糖发生率为7.02%(4/57);睡眠过多组的夜间低血糖发生率为14.29%(2/14)。睡眠不足组的夜间低血糖发生率显著高于睡眠正常组(P<0.05)。结论孕中晚期睡眠不足或过多可增加晚期夜间低血糖发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of sleep time on the nocturnal hypoglycemia rate in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)during the second and third trimester of pregnancy.Methods 94 GDM patients were selected to investigate the sleep time in the middle and late stages of 24 to 28 weeks of pregnancy,which was divided into<7 h insuffcient sleep,7 to 9 h insufficient sleep,>9 h excessive sleep,and the occurrence of hypoglycemia among patients was observed.Results The incidence of nocturnal hypoglycemia in the sleep-deprived group was 26.09%(6/23).The incidence of nocturnal hypoglycemia in normal sleep group was 7.02%(4/57).The incidence of nocturnal hypoglycemia in the excessive sleep group was 14.29%(2/14).The incidence of nocturnal hypoglycemia in the sleep deficiency group was significantly higher than that in the normal sleep group(P<0.05).Conclusion Insufficient or excessive sleep during late pregnancy may increase the incidence of late night hypoglycemia.
