氟康唑胶囊联合克霉唑阴道泡腾片治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析氟康唑胶囊联合克霉唑阴道泡腾片治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者的临床效果。方法选取100例霉菌性阴道炎患者,应用双盲法分为两组,每组50例。对照组患者接受克霉唑阴道泡腾片单药治疗,研究组患者接受氟康唑胶囊联合克霉唑阴道泡腾片治疗。对比两组患者治疗后炎性因子水平、治疗效果及用药后副作用。结果治疗后,研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-10水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。比较两组治疗总有效率,研究组的92.0%高于对照组的76.0%(P<0.05)。比较两组不良反应发生率,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论霉菌性阴道炎患者接受氟康唑胶囊联合克霉唑阴道泡腾片治疗后,阴道内环境改善效果显著,可有效促进炎性因子水平降低,整体疗效显著,且用药安全性较高,副作用较少,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of fluconazole capsules combined with clotrimazole effervescent tablets in the treatment of patients with fungal vaginitis.Methods 1o0 patients with fungal vaginitis were selected,then divided into two groups using double-blind method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group patients received monotherapy with Clotrimazole effervescent tablets,while the study group patients received treatment with Fluconazole capsules combined with Clotrimazole vaginal effervescent tablets.The levels of inflammatory factors,treatment efficacy,and side effects of medication were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-a,interleukin-2 and interleukin-10 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.0% in the study group and was higher than 76.0% in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion After receiving Fluconazole capsules combined with Clotrimazole effervescent tablets for the treatment of fungal vaginitis,the vaginal environment was significantly improved,and the level of inflammatory factors was effectively reduced.The overall efficacy was significant,and the medication safety was high with few side effects,The application is worthy of clinical promotion.
