达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗伴胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价伴胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征患者给予达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗的效果。方法选取90例伴胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组给予达英-35治疗,研究组给予达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组性激素水平、胰岛素指数及临床效果。结果治疗后研究组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)及睾酮(T)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-β)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论伴胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征患者给予达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗,具有良好治疗作用,调节性激素效果显著,可有效改善胰岛素抵抗情况,整体疗效显著,可促进患者尽快恢复,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of treatment with Diane-35 combined with Metformin in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome accompanied by insulin resistance.Methods 90 patients with insulin resistant polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Diane-35,while the study group was treated with Diane-35 combined with Metformin.The levels of sex hormones,insulin index,and clinical outcomes were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and testosterone(T)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The insulin secretion index(HOMA-β)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome accompanied by insulin resistance are treated with Diane-35 combined with metformin,which has a good therapeutic effect,significant regulatory hormone effects,and can effectively improve insulin resistance.The overall efficacy is significant and can promote patients to recover as soon as possible.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
