人文关怀在子宫内膜癌放疗患者护理中对其心理情绪及并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜癌放疗患者接受人文关怀护理的效果。方法选取80例子宫内膜癌放疗患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规放疗护理,观察组在此基础上采用人文关怀护理。比较两组患者护理前后的心理情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量[健康状况调查简表(SF-36)]及并发症发生情况。结果观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌放疗患者接受人文关怀护理能够有效改善负性心理情绪,提高生活质量,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care on psychological emotion and complication rate in patients with endometrial cancer treated with radiotherapy.Methods 80 patients with endometrial cancer undergoing radiotherapy were selected,then divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received standard radiotherapy care,whereas the observation group was provided with additional humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The psychological emotions[self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS)],quality of life[short form of health survey(SF-36)],and incidence of complications before and after nursing care were compared between two groups.Results In the observation group,the anxiety and depression scores after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the quality of life score after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiotherapy patients with endometrial cancer receiving humanistic care can effectively improve negative psychological emotions,improve quality of life and reduce complications.
