督脉灸法干预气滞血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病患者的护理效果、安全性观察

摘　　要：目的探究应用督脉灸法干预气滞血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病患者的护理效果及安全性。方法选取80例气滞血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病患者,按照奇偶数法分为两组,每组40例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上应用督脉灸法干预。比较两组中医证候积分、炎症因子及不良反应发生情况。结果干预后研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后研究组C-反应蛋白、白细胞计数及白细胞介素-6指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论气滞血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病患者护理中应用督脉灸法效果显著、安全性高。Objective To explore the nursing effect and safety of governor vessel moxibustion intervention in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods 80 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type were selected,then were divided into two groups according to odd even number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received governor vessel moxibustion intervention on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the TCM syndrome scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of C-reactive protein,white blood cell count,and interleukin-6 indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of governor vessel moxibustion in the nursing of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type has obvious effect and high safety.
