穴位按摩联合产时护理干预对产妇分娩产程及情绪的影响效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩联合产时护理干预对产妇分娩产程与情绪方面的影响。方法选取88例待产产妇,采用摸球法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。两组均接受产时护理干预,观察组在此基础上联合穴位按摩护理。比对两组产妇分娩产程的基本指征[分娩时间(第一、第二、第三产程)、分娩后2 h出血量]及护理前后的情绪状态[采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)判定]。结果观察组第一、第二、第三产程短于对照组,分娩后2 h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产妇分娩时在产时护理的基础上联合穴位按摩干预可有效缩短产程时间,减少产后出血量,改善产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪,具有临床推广价值。Objective To exploring the effects of acupoint massage combined with postpartum nursing intervention on the delivery process and emotional aspects of parturients.Methods 88 parturients were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using the ball touching method,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups received antenatal care intervention,and the observation group received combined acupoint massage care on this basis.The basic indicators of delivery process of parturients,including delivery time(first,second,and third stages),2-hour postpartum bleeding volume,and emotional state before and after nursing care,using Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)for assessment were compared between two groups.Results The first,second,and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding 2 hours after delivery was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of combining acupoint massage intervention with postpartum care during childbirth can effectively shorten the duration of labor,reduce postpartum bleeding,improve maternal anxiety and depression,and has clinical promotion value.
