多模式联合护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者的干预效果

摘　　要：目的分析并评估多模式联合护理干预措施对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者的临床效果。方法纳入60例妊娠期糖尿病患者,通过随机分配方式分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组给予多模式联合护理,对照组给予常规护理措施,研究对比两组患者血糖指标、生活质量、护理依从性评分及母婴结局。结果观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均呈显著下降趋势,且改善程度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量、护理依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组母婴结局对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多模式联合护理干预措施应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者中,不仅能提升患者的生活质量,同时还可提高护理依从性,良好控制患者的血糖水平,确保母婴健康,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of multimodal comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with gestational diabetes(GDM).Methods 60 patients with gestational diabetes were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases each.The observation group received multimodal comprehensive nursing care,while the control group received routine nursing measures.The study compared the blood glucose indicators,quality of life,nursing compliance scores,and maternal and infant outcomes between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels of the observation group showed a significant downward trend,and the degree of improvement was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The quality of life and nursing compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference in maternal and infant outcomes between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of multimodal comprehensive nursing intervention measures in patients with diabetes during pregnancy can not only improve the quality of life,but also improve the nursing compliance,well control the blood glucose level of patients,and ensure the health of mothers and infants,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
