精细化护理联合心理干预在子宫肌瘤围术期中的应用及对患者心理状态和术后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在子宫肌瘤围术期中实施精细化护理联合心理干预对患者心理状态和术后康复的临床影响。方法选取90例子宫肌瘤患者,通过随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组患者围术期实施常规护理,观察组患者围术期实施精细化护理联合心理干预。对比两组护理前后的心理状态、术后恢复情况、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果护理后观察组紧张、抑郁、愤怒、疲惫、困惑评分均明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。与对照组对比,观察组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均明显较短(P<0.05)。与对照组对比,观察组术后12 h、24 h、48 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均明显较低(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率2.22%,明显低于对照组17.78%(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理联合心理干预在子宫肌瘤患者围术期中的护理效果较显著,不仅可以有效改善患者的心理状态,加快其术后康复,还可以减轻其术后疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perioperative refined nursing combined with psychological intervention on the psychological state and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 90 patients with uterine fibroids were selected,then divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care during the perioperative period,while the observation group received refined nursing care combined with psychological intervention during the perioperative period.The psychological state,postoperative recovery,pain level,and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared before and after nursing care.Results The scores of tension,depression,anger,fatigue,and confusion in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly shorter anal exhaust time,getting out of bed time,and hospitalization time(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower at 12hours,24hours,and 48 hours after surgery(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower at 2.22% compared to 17.78% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing combined with psychological intervention have a significant nursing effect on patients with uterine fibroids during the perioperative period,which can not only effectively improve the patients'psychological state,accelerate their postoperative recovery,but also alleviate their postoperative pain and reduce the incidence of complications.
