摘　　要：目的观察叙事护理配合淋巴疏通治疗手法对产后乳房生理性水肿产妇负性情绪的影响。方法选取60例产后乳房生理性水肿产妇,根据随机数字表法分成两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用叙事护理配合淋巴疏通治疗手法。比较两组产妇乳房肿胀程度、乳房疼痛情况、心理状态、母乳喂养率、肿胀时间及乳腺疏通治疗康复评分。结果干预后,两组乳房肿胀程度、乳房疼痛情况、心理状态评分均较干预前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇母乳喂养率高于对照组,而肿胀时间短于对照组,乳腺疏通治疗康复评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产后乳房生理性水肿产妇中应用叙事护理配合淋巴疏通治疗手法,可减轻产妇的乳房肿胀程度,缩短肿胀时间,改善不良心理状态,提升母乳喂养率及乳腺疏通治疗康复效果。Objective To observe the effect of narrative nursing combined with lymphatic dredging therapy on negative emotions of postpartum women with physical edema of breast.Methods 60 postpartum women with physiological breast edema were selected,then divided into two groups of 30 cases each using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received narrative nursing combined with lymphatic dredging treatment.The degree of breast swelling,breast pain,psychological status,breastfeeding rate,swelling time,and breast dredging treatment rehabilitation score were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the degree of breast swelling,breast pain and psychological status scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the swelling time was shorter than that in the control group,and the rehabilitation score of breast dredging treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing combined with lymphatic dredging therapy in postpartum women with physiological breast edema can reduce the degree of breast swelling,shorten the swelling time,improve adverse psychological states,enhance breastfeeding rates,and improve the rehabilitation effect of breast dredging therapy.
