心理弹性训练+人文关怀护理对卵巢癌患者化疗期间负性情绪的改善效果

摘　　要：目的探究对卵巢癌患者进行化疗的过程中应用护理措施心理弹性训练配合人文关怀护理的意义。方法选取50例卵巢癌患者,采用随机数字表法分组,每组25例。对照组患者提供常规护理指导,观察组患者提供心理弹性训练与人文关怀护理联合的护理指导。对比两组的心理弹性、心理状态评分及护理满意度。结果观察组乐观、自强、坚韧评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度96.00%高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理弹性训练+人文关怀护理能缓解卵巢癌患者化疗期间的负性情绪,还能提高其心理弹性水平,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the significance of applying nursing measures such as psychological resilience training combined with humanistic care nursing during chemotherapy for ovarian cancer patients.Methods 50 ovarian cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group patients received routine nursing guidance,and the observation group received nursing guidance combining psychological resilience training and humanistic care.The psychological resilience,psychological state scores,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed significantly higher scores in optimism,self-improvement,and resilience compared to the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.00% higher than that in the control group 68.00%(P<0.05).The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological resilience training combined with humanistic care nursing can alleviate negative emotions during chemotherapy in ovarian cancer patients and improve their psychological resilience level,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
