摘　　要：目的探究宫腔镜检查在异常子宫出血诊断中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的80例异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,均行宫腔镜检查及阴道超声检查。将阴道超声检查结果纳入对照组,将宫腔镜检查结果纳入研究组,以病理结果为“金标准”,对比两组检查的检出情况。结果研究组真阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的子宫内膜非特异性病变、子宫内膜增生症敏感性、阳性预测值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜检查在异常子宫出血诊断中展现出显著的应用价值,具有较高的诊断效能,能为异常子宫出血的早期发现和治疗提供有力支持。Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 80 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in this hospital were selected as the study objects,all of whom underwent hysteroscopy and vaginal ultrasonography.The results of vaginal ultrasonography were included in the control group,and the results of hysteroscopy were included in the study group.The pathological results were taken as the"gold standard",the detection of the two kinds of examinations were compared.Results The true positive rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and positive predictive value of non-specific endometrial lesions and endometrial hyperplasia in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy has significant application value in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding and has high diagnostic efficiency,which can provide strong support for the early detection and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.
