摘  要:目的了解医院图书馆员提供知识图谱服务的现状及可行性。方法于2023年5月-6月,通过中国医院协会医院情报图书专委会的会员微信群组进行线上调查。结果浏览问卷者153人,作答并有效的问卷64份,有效率为41.83%。36人(84.09%)表示已利用自己掌握的知识图谱工具为读者提供服务。有63人(97.73%)希望得到知识图谱知识和技术培训。常用工具软件为VOSViewer、CiteSpace和SPSS等。开展知识图谱服务的制约因素主要为馆员对工具软件的掌握程度。结论为读者提供知识图谱服务是增强医疗机构图情部门精准化学科服务的必要措施,需加强培训,提升馆员素质,并充分利用数据库可视化分析功能和现有可视化分析科研成果为临床读者提供更高质量学科服务。Objective To understand the current situation and feasibility of knowledge graph service provided by hospital librarians.Methods From May to June 2023,an online survey was conducted through the WeChat group of members of the Hospital Information Library Special Committee of China Hospital Association.Results Of 153 people browsed the questionnaire,and 64 questionnaires were answered and effective,with an effective rate of 41.83%.36 people(84.09%)said that they had used their own knowledge graph tools to provide services to readers.There were 63 people(97.73%)want to get knowledge map knowledge and technical training.Common tools were VOSviewer,CiteSpace and SPSS.The restriction factor of carrying out knowledge graph service was mainly the mastery of tool software by librarians.Conclusion Providing readers with knowledge map service is a necessary measure to enhance the precision chemistry service of the library and information department of medical institutions.It is necessary to strengthen training,improve the quality of librarians,and make full use of the database visualization analysis function and the existing visualization analysis scientific research results to provide higher quality subject services for clinical readers.
