缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者的疗效及对其糖脂代谢水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者的疗效及对其糖脂代谢水平的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2023年1月-2024年1月我院接诊的72例高血压合并糖尿病患者分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=36)。对照组应用氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用缬沙坦治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血压水平、血糖水平、血脂指标及临床不良反应发生率。结果与对照组治疗总有效率的83.33%比较,观察组治疗总有效率更高,达94.44%(P<0.05);与同组治疗前比较,两组治疗后收缩压、舒张压降低,且与对照组比较,观察组收缩压、舒张压更低(P<0.05);与同组治疗前比较,两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平降低,且与对照组比较,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平更低(P<0.05);与同组治疗前比较,两组治疗后总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平降低,且与对照组比较,观察组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平更低(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗可提高高血压合并糖尿病患者治疗效果,改善血糖、血脂、血压水平,且不会增加不良反应发生率,是一种可行、有效的联合用药治疗方案。Objective To observe the efficacy of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus and its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods Using the random number table method,totally 72 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024,and divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36).In the control group,patients were treated with amlodipine,while in the observation group,patients were treated with valsartan on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure level,blood glucose level,blood lipid index and the incidence of clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 83.33%of the total effective rate of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,reaching 94.44%(P<0.05).Compared with the same group before treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and compared with the control group,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the same group before treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and compared with the control group,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the same group before treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and compared with the control group,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with amlodipi
