摘  要:为综合全面基于铁路科技创新平台资源管理数据,应用人工智能相关领域的知识图谱技术,以提供智能问答相关功能。通过对铁路科技创新平台数据实体与关联关系的梳理,定义了该领域的知识图谱数据本体模型,并采用图数据库对本体知识及相关的三元组数据集进行存储,进而构建知识图谱。基于知识图谱提出了智能问答功能的技术架构,对文本预处理、实体识别、用户意图识别、答案查询与生成等四部分进行阐述。结合实际应用场景与用户需求进行了智能问答等相关功能的验证。结果表明,该功能可提升铁路科技创新平台相关实验室的标准化运行与管理效率,同时为用户提供更加智能化的信息检索与知识交互服务。To comprehensively integrate resource management data from the railway technological innovation platform,knowledge graph technology from the relevant fields of artificial intelligence was applied to provide smart Q&A functionalities.By systematically organizing the data entities and associative relationships of the railway technological innovation platform,a data ontology model for the knowledge graph in this domain was defined.Graph databases were then employed to store the ontological knowledge and related triplet datasets,thereby constructing the knowledge graph.A technical architecture for smart Q&A functionalities was proposed based on the constructed knowledge graph,which elaborates on four key components:text preprocessing,entity recognition,user intent recognition,and answer retrieval and generation.Verification of smart Q&A and other related functionalities was conducted in conjunction with practical application scenarios and user demands.The results show that this function can improve the standardized operation and management efficiency of the relevant laboratory of the railway science and technology innovation platform,and provide users with more intelligent information retrieval and knowledge interaction services.
