营养支持联合人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂对手足口病患儿治疗效果及炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究营养支持联合人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂对手足口病患儿治疗效果及炎性因子的影响。方法:回顾性选取2022年2月~2024年1月于乳山市人民医院治疗的手足口病患儿90例,根据护理方法不同分为对照组43例,营养组47例。对照组采取人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗及常规护理,营养组在对照组基础上联合营养支持。比较两组患儿体温恢复、口腔溃疡消退、食欲恢复及疱疹消失时间等临床症状改善情况、临床治疗效果、治疗前后炎性因子水平、不良反应情况。结果:与对照组相比,营养组患儿体温恢复、口腔溃疡消退、食欲恢复及疱疹消失时间均更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。营养组患儿治疗总有效率(93.62%)高于对照组(76.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后相比于对照组,营养组患儿肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组患儿不良反应发生率(18.60%)相比,营养组患儿不良反应发生率(4.26%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:营养支持联合人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗手足口病患儿可缩短患儿恢复时间,降低不良反应发生率,减轻炎性反应,使治疗效果得到改善。Objective To explore the effects of nutritional support combined with ribavirin aerosol on the efficacy and inflammatory factors of children with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods A total of 90 children with HFMD treated at Rushan people's hospital from February 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into a control group(43 cases)and a nutrition group(47 cases)based on different nursing methods.The control group received ribavirin aerosol treatment and routine nursing,while the nutrition group was additionally provided with nutritional support.The improvement of clinical symptoms,including temperature recovery,oral ulcer regression,appetite recovery,and herpes disappearance time,as well as clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions before and after treatment,were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the nutrition group had significantly shorter times for body temperature recovery,oral ulcer regression,appetite recovery,and herpes disappearance(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the nutrition group(44/47,93.62%)was higher than that in the control group(33/43,76.74%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,sICAM-1,and hs-CRP in the nutrition group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidence of adverse reactions in the nutrition group(4.26%)was lower than that in the control group(18.60%,P<0.05).Conclusions Nutritional support combined with ribavirin aerosol in the treatment of children with HFMD could shorten recovery time,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and alleviate inflammation,thereby improving therapeutic effects.
