摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议推动中国式现代化进程,与区域经济内在的高质量发展需求相协调,东北地区区位优势独特,有建设现代产业体系的良好工业基础和产业链条,进一步发挥东北的战略支撑作用对国家整体规划有重要作用。基于此,从东北地区经济发展的历史基础与现实情况入手,分析“一带一路”倡议、中蒙俄经济走廊建设与东北全面振兴战略,加快东北区域经济发展,深入探讨高质量发展给东北地区带来的实际经济效益,最后针对东北区域经济发展提出合理性、可行性建议。The“Belt and Road”Initiative promotes the modernization process of Chinese style,which is in harmony with the inherent high-quality development needs of the regional economy.The Northeast region has a unique location advantage,a good industrial foundation and industrial chain for building a modern industrial system,and it is important for the overall planning of the country to further exert the strategic supporting role of the Northeast.Based on this,starting from the historical foundation and reality of the economic development of the Northeast region,we analyze the“Belt and Road”initiative,the construction of China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor and the strategy of comprehensive revitalization of the Northeast,accelerate the regional economic development of the Northeast region,discuss in depth the actual economic benefits brought by high-quality development in the Northeast region,and finally put forward reasonable and feasible recommendations for the development of the Northeast region's economy.Finally,it puts forward rational and feasible suggestions for the regional economic development of Northeast China.
