摘　　要：介绍了拉曼光谱在氟化工、工艺参数优化、硅烷及氯代硅烷检测行业的应用,并与其它光谱进行技术比对。The application of Raman spectrum in fluorine chemical industry,optimization of process parameters,detection of silane and chlorosilane is introduced,and compares it with other spectroscopic techniques.
