摘　　要：立足新发展阶段,发展新质生产力是中国特色社会主义解放和发展生产力的重要战略举措,是扎实推动共同富裕的必由之路。从马克思主义生产力理论出发探析新质生产力赋能共同富裕的逻辑理路,提升全要素生产率(TFP)是新质生产力的核心标志,以科技要素、劳动要素和制度要素为主进行优化组合协同推动共同富裕取得更为明显的实质性进展。具体而言,以科技创新为主导,深度融合“四链”发展现代化产业体系,夯实共同富裕的物质基础;以人才强国和科教兴国为战略支撑,优化人力资源供给,推进人口高质量发展的同时促进人的全面发展;坚持“两个毫不动摇”实现国有企业和民营企业繁荣发展,做大社会财富的“蛋糕”;健全要素参与收入分配体制机制,分好“蛋糕”,从而系统提升新质生产力对共同富裕的推动力和支撑力。Based on the new development stage,the development of New-quality Productive forces constitutes a crucial strategic measure for the liberation and development of productive forces within socialism with Chinese characteristics and an inevitable path to firmly promote Common Prosperity.Analyzing the logical approach through which New-quality Productive forces enable common prosperity from the perspective of Marxist productive forces theory,enhancing total factor productivity(TFP)is the core indication of new-quality productive forces.The optimal combination of technological factors,labor factors and institutional factors facilitates more pronounced substantive advancement in Common Prosperity in a coordinated manner.Specifically,led by technological innovation,deeply integrating the"Four Chains"to develop a modern industrial system and consolidate the material basis for Common Prosperity;adopting the strategy of strengthening the country through talent and education as the support,optimizing the supply of human resources,promoting high-quality population development while facilitating all-round human development;adhering to the"Two unshakable"to achieve the prosperous development of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises and enlarge the"cake"of social wealth;improving the system and mechanism for factors to participate in income distribution and dividing the"cake"well,thereby systematically enhancing the driving force and supporting force of New-uality Productive forces for Common Prosperity.
