摘　　要：思想政治教育的理论性和实践性具有不同的内涵特点,理论性是思想政治教育学科的集中体现,引导、规定了思想政治教育发展的科学性和学理性;实践性是思想政治教育的本质属性,是思想政治教育的生命力所在。实践性是理论性的源泉和动力,形成并推动理论性的发展;理论性指导着实践性,是实践性的学理要求;实践性是理论性是否具有真理性的唯一检验标准。思想政治教育理论性与实践性统一于思想政治教育过程中,要不断增强思想政治教育的理论品质和实践魅力,实践上有“源头活水”,理论上要“强筋壮骨”,二者统一“舒筋活血”。The theoretical and practical aspects of ideological and political education have different connotations and characteristics.Theoretical aspects are the concentrated embodiment of the discipline of ideological and political education,guiding and regulating the scientific and rational development of ideological and political education;Practicality is the essential attribute and vitality of ideological and political education.Practicality is the source and driving force of theory,forming and promoting the development of theory;Theoretical guidance guides practicality,which is a theoretical requirement for practical learning;Practicality is the only criterion for testing the truthfulness of theoretical knowledge.The theoretical and practical aspects of ideological and political education are unified in the process of ideological and political education.It is necessary to continuously enhance the theoretical quality and practical charm of ideological and political education.In practice,there is a"source of vitality",while in theory,it is necessary to"strengthen muscles and bones".The two should be unified to"relax muscles and promote blood circulation".
