摘　　要：“专业知识与思政知识有机统一”的难点在于思政知识具有较强的隐性知识属性,课程思政亟需探索课程思政的隐性融入路径。从SECI模型应用于信息组织课程思政的可行性分析入手,抓住思政知识与课程专业知识的关键融合点,探寻隐性融合路径。研究发现,思政知识与信息组织专业知识的隐性融合路径有3条:社会化隐性融合路径、“外化→内化”隐性融合路径和双重隐性融合路径。As the key of"merging professional knowledge and ideological and political knowledge"lies in the fact that the ideological and political knowledge has a strong attribute of tacit knowledge,curriculum ideology and politics need to explore the way of integration of curriculum ideology and politics from the perspective of tacit knowledge transfer.Based on the theory of SECI model,it analyzes the feasibility of applying SECI model to the ideological and political education of information organization curriculum,and combines the key points of integrating ideological and political knowledge and information organization.It finds out three implicit paths of integrating ideological and political knowledge and information organization professional knowledge:socialization path,"Externalization to Internalization"path and double path.
