摘  要:本文聚焦矫直工艺对钢材表面质量影响。深入剖析矫直力与压下量、矫直速度、矫直辊材质与表面状态及钢材原始状态等因素的作用机制,发现其通过多种复杂方式影响钢材表面质量指标。进而提出基于表面质量的工艺参数优化、设备维护改进及在线监测与质量控制等策略措施。This article focuses on the influence of the straightening process on the surface quality of steel.It deeply analyzes the action mechanisms of factors such as straightening force and reduction amount,straightening speed,the material and surface state of the straightening roll,and the original state of the steel,andfinds that they affect the surface quality indicators of steel in a variety of complex ways.Furthermore,strategic measures such as process parameter optimization based on surface quality,equipment maintenance and improvement,and online monitoring and quality control are proposed.
