摘　　要：文章以南钢九辊矫直机为对象,剖析影响棒材平直度因素(如热轧冷却、原料加热等),提出优化辊缝角度、控制矫直速度、维护矫直辊及优化来料码堆等措施。这些措施协同作用,显著提升矫直效果,降低废品率,为金属加工行业提升产品质量与效率提供有力参考。The article takes the nine-roll straightening machine in Nanjing Iron and Steel as the research object,analyzes the factors affecting the straightness of bars(such as hot rolling cooling,raw material heating,etc.),and proposes measures such as optimizing the roll gap and angle,controlling the straightening speed,maintaining the straightening roll,and optimizing the incoming materials and stacking.The synergistic effect of these measures significantly improves the straightening effect and reduces the scrap rate,providing a powerful reference for the metal processing industry to improve product quality and efficiency.
