摘 要:中国石油某石化公司加热炉对流室的蒸汽炉管(翅片管)发生了开裂泄漏,给装置安全平稳运行造成严重影响。通过对蒸汽炉管进行宏观及低倍分析、材质分析、金相分析、硬度检测以及扫描电镜能谱分析等检测发现:蒸汽炉管的材质为20号钢;炉管(基管)的金相组织为铁素体+珠光体,翅片的金相组织为铁素体+晶界处极少量三次渗碳体;炉管(基管)的硬度值为HV133.7(HB128),炉管翅片的硬度值为HV112.2(HB105),炉管(基管、翅片)的开裂失效性质为腐蚀疲劳断裂。The steam furnace tube(fin tube)in the convection chamber of the heating furnace of a petrochemical company of petrochina has cracked and leaked,which has seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the device.Through macroscopic and low-magnification analysis,material analysis,metallographic analysis,hardness detection and scanning electron microscope energy spectrum analysis of steam furnace tube,it is found that the material of steam furnace tube is No.20 steel;The metallurgical structure of the furnace tube(base tube)is ferrite+pearlite,and the metallurgical structure of thefin is ferrite+a small amount of tertiary cementite at the grain boundary.The hardness value of the furnace tube(base tube)is HV133.7(HB128),the hardness value of the furnace tubefin is HV112.2(HB105),and the cracking failure property of the furnace tube(base tube andfin)is corrosion fatigue fracture.
