摘　　要：针对某制药公司蒸汽锅炉因结垢,影响锅炉产汽量和产汽压力,危害锅炉安全稳定运行问题,通过科学选取和配比清洗药剂,常温清洗,实现了对难溶混合水垢具有较好的清洗效果,恢复了蒸汽锅炉的使用性能,取消了前期碱煮转化工序,对于简化化学清洗施工工艺,节能降耗具有普遍的借鉴意义。In response to the problem of scaling in a pharmaceutical company's steam boiler,which affects the boiler's steam production and pressure,and endangers the safe and stable operation of the boiler,scientific selection and proportioning of cleaning agents were carried out,and room temperature cleaning was carried out to achieve good cleaning effect on insoluble mixed scale,restore the performance of the steam boiler,and cancel the previous alkali boiling conversion process.This has universal reference significance for simplifying chemical cleaning construction process,energy saving and consumption reduction.
