摘  要:以渤海某油田热水驱地热井水样为依据,选取低分子量聚丙烯酸阻垢剂,复配镧离子作为阻垢组分,采用经典静态失重法,及静态阻垢实验研究了不同单一及复合阻垢缓蚀剂垢样形成过程与对N80钢腐蚀的影响。采用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了不同阻垢缓蚀剂添加后形成的垢样的形貌和晶体结构。有机酸类阻垢剂阻垢率大于聚合物类阻垢剂。阻垢剂和缓蚀剂复配使用可进一步提高阻垢性能,在低分子量丙烯酸浓度为50mg/L,镧离子浓度为15mg/L时,其阻垢率为95%,同时腐蚀速率为0.055mm•a-1。岩心伤害评价及现场应用表明,该体系能很好解决现场因为结垢与腐蚀导致的注水问题。Based on the water samples of geothermal wells in Bohai hot water flooding,low molecular weight polyacrylic acid scale inhibitors were selected,and lanthanum ions were used as scale inhibitors.The classical static weight loss method and static scale inhibition experiments were used to study the formation process of different single and composite scale and corrosion inhibitors and their effects on N80 steel corrosion.The morphology and crystal structure of the scale samples formed after the addition of different scale and corrosion inhibitors were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The scale inhibition rate of organic acid scale inhibitors is higher than that of polymer scale inhibitors.The combination of scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor can further improve the scale inhibition performance.When the concentration of low molecular weight acrylic acid is 50mg/L and the concentration of lanthanum ion is 15mg/L,the scale inhibition rate is 95%,and the corrosion rate is 0.055mm/a.Core damage evaluation andfield application show that the system can solve the problem of water injection caused by scaling and corrosion.
