摘 要:随着可持续发展理念的深入人心,绿色施工已成为建筑行业的重要发展方向。在此背景下,控制建筑施工过程中的裂缝问题,不仅有助于提高建筑物的整体质量和寿命,还能减少维修成本,促进资源的节约和环境的保护。本文围绕绿色施工中二次结构墙体面层抹灰裂缝控制展开,首先分析了裂缝成因,包括结构应力、材料收缩特性及施工过程影响。随后,探讨了绿色施工技术在裂缝控制中的应用。最后,介绍了裂缝预防与修复技术,包括材料选择、优化配比与施工工艺的严格控制等方法,提高了建筑的整体稳定性与环保性能。With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development,green construction has become an important development direction in the construction industry.In this context,controlling cracks during construction not only helps to improve the overall quality and lifespan of buildings,but also reduces maintenance costs,promotes resource conservation,and protects the environment.This article focuses on the control of cracks in the surface layer of secondary structural wall plastering in green construction.Firstly,the causes of cracks are analyzed,including structural stress,material shrinkage characteristics,and the impact of construction process.Subsequently,the application of green construction technology in crack control was discussed.Finally,crack prevention and repair techniques were introduced,including strict control of material selection,optimized mix proportions,and construction processes,which improved the overall stability and environmental performance of the building.
