摘　　要：钢结构厂房在运行多年的过程中会出现屋面板腐蚀穿孔、通风器和天沟失效等问题,严重影响厂房的本质化安全。为了解决这些问题,通过分析湿法冶金屋面系统的腐蚀原因并提出应对策略,从而实现对钢结构厂房屋面系统的维护。通过本次的探究可为大量的钢结构厂房修缮和改造提供可靠的经验依据。The steel structure workshop will have roof corrosion perforation,ventilator and gutter failure and other problems during the operation for many years,which will seriously affect the intrinsic safety of the workshop.In order to solve these problems,by analyzing the corrosion causes of the hydrometallurgical roof system and proposing countermeasures,the maintenance of the roof system of the steel structure plant is realized.This investigation can provide a reliable empirical basis for the repair and transformation of a large number of steel structure workshops.
