摘　　要：防腐涂层是预防埋地管道腐蚀发生的最基本的防护措施,防腐层的质量直接影响着管道的使用寿命。通过现场开挖调查,检测开挖点防腐层的外观、厚度、粘结强度、附着力等,对防腐层质量进行评价,分析不同管段防腐层质量分布,系统掌握了某成品油管道防腐层的服役状况,为后续防腐层维修提供指导。Anti corrosion coating is the most basic protective measure to prevent corrosion of buried pipelines,and the quality of the anti-corrosion coating directly affects the service life of the pipeline.Through on-site excavation investigation,the appearance,thickness,bonding strength,adhesion,etc.of the anti-corrosion layer at the excavation point were tested,and the quality of the anti-corrosion layer was evaluated.The quality distribution of the anti-corrosion layer in different pipeline sections was analyzed,and the service status of the anti-corrosion layer of a certain finished oil pipeline was systematically grasped,providing guidance for subsequent anti-corrosion layer maintenance.
