丹参有效成分在肺纤维化防治中的研究进展

摘　　要：肺纤维化是一种由多种原因引起的肺部疾病,其特征为成纤维细胞过度增殖和细胞外基质异常沉积,导致肺组织结构被破坏。丹参的主要活性成分包括木犀草素、丹酚酸、丹参素和丹参酮等,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗凝血和改善血液循环的功效。丹参通过干预氧化应激、炎症损伤、上皮间质转化、成纤维细胞活化、细胞外基质积累及代谢调节等关键环节,作用于NF-κB、TGF-β1/Smad、PI3K/Akt、MAPK、Nrf2和AMPK等信号通路,以及相关因子如TGF-β、ACE-2、ANG-(1-7)、TNF-α和IL-6等,发挥其在防治肺纤维化中的作用。丹酚酸A和B、丹参素和丹参酮ⅡA等成分在实验研究中显示出抗纤维化作用,但目前研究多限于实验水平,需要更高级别的数据支持。中医药治疗肺纤维化具有多成分、多通路、副作用少的特点,丹参在治疗肺纤维化方面展现出广阔的应用前景。Pulmonary fibrosis is a lung disease caused by multiple causes and is characterized by excessive proliferation of fibroblasts and abnormal deposition of extracellular matrix,leading to structural destruction of lung tissue.The main active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza include luteolin,salvianolic acid,tanshenol and tanshinone,etc.These ingredients have anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anticoagulant and blood circulation improving effects.Salvia miltiorrhiza acts on NF-κB,TGF-β1/Smad,PI3K/Akt,MAPK Nrf2,and AMPK,as well as related factors such as TGF-β,ACE-2,ANG-(1-7),TNF-α,and IL-6,by intervening in key links such as oxidative stress,inflammatory injury,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,fibroblast activation,extracellular matrix accumulation,and metabolic regulation,exerting its role in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.Alvianolic acid A and B,tanshinol,and tanshinoneⅡA have shown anti fibrotic effects in experimental studies,but current researches are mostly limited to experimental levels and require higher-level data support.Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multiple components,multiple pathways,and few side effects in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,and Salvia miltiorrhiza has shown broad application prospects in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
