摘 要:目前在各大矿山井下钻探施工项目中,面临井下深孔施工、钻孔涌水严重,对钻探施工带来了极大的阻碍,为了克服井下深孔大涌水的难点,需要改进现有施工工艺。研究采用水泥浆液止水技术与分段注浆材料器具的适应性,将分段注浆方法运用到固体岩心钻探涌水地层的施工中,以此来封堵孔内涌水,确保钻孔顺利施工。Currently,major mining projects that involve downhole drilling encounter several challenges,one of the main issues is the significant inflow of water during the construction of deep boreholes,which severely hampers drilling operations.Therefore,it is essential to improve the existing construction processes to effectively address the difficulties caused by the large volume of water in deep holes.A study was conducted on the adaptability of cement slurry water-stopping technology and the use of segmented grouting materials.During the construction of solid core drilling in areas experiencing water influx,the segmented grouting method was employed.This approach aimed to seal off water inflow within the hole,ensuring a smooth drilling process.
