摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨国产康多内镜手术机器人系统在输尿管结石手术中的实际应用效果。使用国产康多KD-SR-01型内镜手术机器人系统进行1例输尿管切开取石术。手术过程顺利进行,手术机器人系统的对接时间为7min,总手术时间为125min,出血量控制在20ml内,术后未观察到并发症。国产康多内镜手术机器人系统能够安全且有效地完成输尿管切开取石术。This study aims to investigate the practical application of domestic Kangduo endoscopic surgical robot system in ureteral calculi surgery.A ureterolithotomy was performed using the domestic Kangduo KD-SR-01 endoscopic surgical robot system.The operation process went smoothly.The docking time of the surgical robot system was 7 minutes,the total operation time was 125 minutes,the blood loss was controlled within 20 ml,and no postoperative complications were observed.The domestic Kangduo endoscopic surgical robot system can safely and effectively complete ureterolithotomy.
