基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨更年期口腔扁平苔藓的防治

摘　　要：“阳化气,阴成形”通过阴阳的转化,此消彼长,使形体处于形神协调的健康状态。口腔扁平苔藓的产生大多为忧思困脾而“阳化气”不足致“阴成形”太过,临床表现为疼痛不适、颊黏膜处覆盖不规则珠光白条纹。糖皮质激素类仍为临床治疗“金标准”,但其治标不治本,仅可减轻患者的局部症状,由阴成形太过所生的痰湿、瘀血等病理产物仍然存在,加之肾气不足及西医药性偏寒凉峻烈,进一步耗伤元气,导致正虚邪恋,口腔扁平苔藓迁延波动、复发率高。口腔扁平苔藓常见于更年期女性,七七天癸竭,肾精衰半,免疫降低,故在更年期口腔扁平苔藓防治过程中除了振奋元气,元气复则阴火自消,还应“预培其损”重“益肾精”之法,以培养先天正气为主,防阴复形。“Yang Qi,Yin Formation”through the transformation of Yin and Yang,one eliminates the other,so that the body is in a healthy state of harmony between form and spirit.The production of oral lichen planus is mostly due to anxiety and spleen and insufficient“yang qi”resulting in excessive“yin formation”,which is clinically manifested as pain and discomfort,and irregular pearlescent white streaks covering the buccal mucosa.Glucocorticoids are still the“gold standard”for clinical treatment,but they can only reduce the local symptoms of patients,and pathological products such as phlegm dampness and blood stasis caused by excessive yin formation still exist,coupled with the lack of kidney qi and the cold and severe nature of Western medicine,which further deplete the vitality,resulting in positive and evil love,oral lichen planus prolongation and fluctuation,and high recurrence rate.Oral lichen planus is common in menopausal women,seven or seven days of depletion,kidney sperm failure,and reduced immunity,so in the process of menopausal oral lichen planus prevention and control,in addition to invigorating vitality,vitality recovery will be self-extinguishing,but also should be“pre-cultivated its damage”and“beneficial kidney essence”method,mainly to cultivate innate righteousness,to prevent yin and reformation.
