《外台秘要》治疗口疮用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的分析《外台秘要》中治疗口疮的用药规律,为口疮提供中医治疗思路。方法应用Excel 2010软件,对治疗口疮所用方中的药物进行排序、计算,分别建立方剂统计表、常用药物频率统计、药物类型统计、服用方式统计等。结果在《外台秘要》中共有18首治疗口疮的相关方剂,共76味药,除去重复,共计32味药。单味药频次最高为升麻,其次为黄柏、大青、竹叶、黄连等。结论《外台秘要》中治疗口疮的方剂以清热泻火药为主,部分使用温里类中药,主要归心、胃与肺经;主要采取内服的方法,常配合多种贴敷与涂擦等外治法。Objective Analyze the medication rules for treating oral ulcers in“Medical Secrets of an Official”and provide traditional Chinese medicine treatment ideas for oral ulcers.Methods Excel 2010 software was used.Total prescriptions,frequency of commonly used drugs,drug types,medication method were sorted respectively.Results There are a total of 18 prescriptions related to the treatment of oral ulcers in“Medical Secrets of an Official”,with a total of 76 medicines.After removing duplicates,there are a total of 32 medicines.The highest frequency of a single drug is Shengma,followed by Huangbai,Daqing,Zhuye,Huanglian,etc.Conclusion The prescription for treating oral ulcers in“Medical Secrets of an Official”mainly uses heat clearing and fire clearing medicine,with some using warm and internal Chinese medicine,mainly targeting the heart,stomach,and lung meridians;The main method is oral administration,often combined with various external treatments such as patches and rubs.
