良性特发性眼睑痉挛患者焦虑/抑郁情况临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨良性特发性眼睑痉挛患者伴发焦虑/抑郁状态的情况。方法纳入我院就诊良性特发性眼睑痉挛患者50名为病例组,评定痉挛程度并使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行测评,选取年龄性别相匹配的患者配偶30名为对照组,同样使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行测评。结果病例组22例检出焦虑,16例检出抑郁,对照组5例检出焦虑,4例检出抑郁,病例组HAMA得分7.000(5.8,19.0)、HAMD得分7.000(6.0,15.3),对照组HAMA得分6.000(5.0,7.0),HAMD 5.000(4.0,7.0),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);痉挛程度与焦虑、抑郁之间无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论眼睑痉挛患者中许多伴有焦虑或抑郁,应积极干涉情绪问题让患者获得更满意的治疗。Objective To explore the anxiety/depression in patients with benign idiopathic blepharospasm.Methods 50 patients with benign idiopathic blepharospasm in our hospital were selected as the case group,The severity of spasm was evaluated,and anxiety and depression status was evaluated by Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).30 spouses of patients with age and sex matching were selected as the control group,the anxiety and depression statud was evaluated by Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).Results In the case group,anxiety was detected in 22 cases,depression in 16 cases,anxiety in 5 cases and depression in 4 cases in the control group.In the case group,HAMA score was 7.000(5.8,19.0)and HAMD score was 7.000(6.0,15.3),while in the control group,HAMA score was 6.000(5.0,7.0)and HAMD score was 5.000(4.0。7.0),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There is no significant correlation between the degree of spasm and anxiety and depression(P>0.05).Conclusion Many patients with blepharospasm are accompanied by anxiety or depression.We should actively intervene in emotional problems so that patients can get more satisfactory treatment.
