摘　　要：老年复发性阿弗他溃疡是一种老年群体常见口腔黏膜疼痛性疾病,病程较长且疼痛难耐。由于其病因和发病机制尚不明确,且老年患者身体情况各异,故在临床治疗时难度较大。目前本病治疗尚无确切手段,传统的治疗药物应用于老年患者群体往往疗效欠佳,随着国家逐渐步入老龄化社会,老年患者的健康问题迫在眉睫,因此对于老年复发性阿弗他溃疡亟待有效的治疗方法。本文就近年来老年复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床治疗研究进展做一系统综述。Recurrent aphthous ulcers in the elderly are a common painful oral mucosal disease among the aging population,characterized by a long course and intolerable pain.Due to the unclear etiology and pathogenesis,and the diverse health conditions of elderly patients,clinical treatment is quite challenging.Currently,there is no definitive treatment for this condition,and traditional medications often show poor efficacy in the elderly population.As the country gradually enters an aging society,the health issues of elderly patients are becoming increasingly urgent.Therefore,there is an urgent need for effective treatment methods for recurrent aphthous ulcers in the elderly.This article provides a systematic review of recent clinical treatment research progress in elderly recurrent aphthous ulcers.
