摘　　要：妊娠性鼻炎在妊娠患者中发病率较高,研究表明其与胎儿宫内发育迟缓、先兆子痫等不良结局相关。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,从发病机制、治疗等方面对妊娠性鼻炎进行综合分析,探讨现有研究取得的进展及不足之处,根据中医理论及现有实验研究结果分析了针刺及穴位埋线应用于治疗妊娠性鼻炎的可行性,希望为妊娠性鼻炎患者提供一种安全、有效、简便的临床疗法。Pregnancy rhinitis has a high incidence in pregnant patients.Studies have shown that it is related to adverse outcomes such as intrauterine growth retardation and pre-eclampsia.By consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper made a comprehensive analysis of pregnancy rhinitis from the aspects of pathogenesis and treatment,and discussed the progress and shortcomings of existing research.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the existing experimental research results,this paper analyzed the feasibility of acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of pregnancy rhinitis,hoping to provide a safe,effective and simple clinical therapy for patients with pregnancy rhinitis.
