摘　　要：党的领导是中国式现代化的根本保证,中国式现代化的深化发展离不开党的现代化建设能力的提升。全面提升党的现代化建设能力,可为中国式现代化提供科学指引、构筑磅礴伟力和注入安全保障。从系统思维的角度看,新时代党的现代化建设能力是一个内蕴多重要素的有机整体,这些要素在结构上可分为奠基性、发展性与保障性三大层面。在生成逻辑上,新时代党的现代化建设能力主要通过“内生”建构、“外生”辅助和协作“共生”三重模式形成。新时代新征程上,中国共产党要全面提升现代化建设能力,不仅要着力累积和创新现代化建设能力的内在构成要素,也要通过党建平台促其不断走向协调发展和实践转化,更要嵌入科学的评价反馈机制。由此,党才能在全面提升现代化建设能力的过程中,为以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设和民族复兴奠定坚实的根基。The leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee of Chinese path to modernization,and the deepening and development of Chinese path to modernization cannot be separated from the improvement of the Party's modernization construction ability.To comprehensively enhance the Party's capacity for modernization can provide scientific guidance,build great power and inject security guarantees into Chinese path to modernization.From the perspective of systems thinking,the modernization construction capacity of the Party in the new era is an organic whole containing multiple elements,which can be divided into three major levels in structure:foundational,developmental,and guarantee.In terms of generative logic,the modernization construction capacity of the Party in the new era is mainly formed through three modes:"endogenous"construction,"exogenous"assistance,and collaborative"symbiosis".In the new era and new journey,if the CPC wants to comprehensively improve its capacity for modernization,it must accumulate and innovate the elements of its capacity for modernization,promote its coordinated development and practical transformation through the party building platform,and more importantly,embed a scientific evaluation and feedback mechanism.Thus,theparty can comprehensively enhance its modernization construction capabilities,to lay a solid foundation for comprehensively promoting the building of a strong country and national rejuvenation with Chinese path to modernization.
