摘　　要：马克思主义战略策略思想作为马克思主义理论的重要组成部分,涵盖了时代主题观、战略与策略的基本问题,以及制定战略策略的基本原则等内容。这一思想不仅为中国革命和社会主义实践提供了重要指导,也为新时代中国特色大国外交战略策略体系的形成奠定了坚实的理论基础。中国特色大国外交战略策略体系的形成,既是历史逻辑与现实需求的结合,也体现了中国共产党在不同历史阶段的外交智慧与实践经验。自新中国成立以来,中国在借鉴党的统一战线经验的基础上,逐步构建起适应时代变化的外交战略策略,并在新时代通过顶层设计,形成了独具中国特色的外交战略策略框架。该框架融合了马克思主义战略策略思想的基本原理,发展出以时代方位、战略目标、伙伴关系、合作平台和道义感召为核心内容的中国特色大国外交战略策略体系。这一体系不仅为理解新时代中国特色大国外交取得的开创性成就提供了深具中国特色的解释工具,也充分展现了中国特色大国外交战略策略的时代价值。As an important component of Marxist theory,Marxist strategic and tactical thinking encompasses the theme of the times,fundamental issues of strategy and tactics,and the basic principles for formulating strategies and tactics.This ideology has not only provided significant guidance for the Chinese revolution and socialist practice but also laid a solid theoretical foundation for the formation of the strategic and tactical system of major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The formation of this strategic and tactical system for major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics is both a combination of historical logic and practical needs and reflects the diplomatic wisdom and practical experience of the Communist Party of China at different historical stages.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China has gradually built a diplomatic strategy and tactics system that adapts to changes of the times based on the experience of the Party's united front.In the new era,through top-down planning,a unique diplomatic strategic and tactical framework with Chinese characteristics has been established.This framework integrates the basic principles of Marxist strategic and tactical thinking and has developed a strategic and tactical system for major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics centered on the era's orientation,strategic goals,partnerships,cooperation platforms,and moral appeal.This system not only provides a distinctive Chinese interpretive tool for understanding the groundbreaking achievements of major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era but also fully demonstrates the contemporary value of this diplomatic strategy and tactics system.
