摘　　要：外交价值是国家在外交中所追求的与自身文化传统和治国理政经验相一致的价值理念。中国外交历来具有道义性,新时代以来,随着综合国力和国际地位的显著提升,中国特色大国外交更加重视道义感召力、亲和力,积极抢占道德制高点,越来越表现出特色鲜明的价值追求。经过多年的探索和实践,中国特色大国外交形成了内容完备的外交价值体系,即在国家存在状态上坚持独立自主、主权平等原则,在国家间共存关系上坚持和平共处、和平发展原则,在国家间共识关系上坚持共同利益和全人类共同价值,在外交手段上坚持协商优先、政治解决原则,在外交目的上坚持外交为民、命运与共原则。这一价值体系凸显了中国特色大国外交的进步性,即以平等性超越了西方外交的等级性,以和平性超越了西方外交的冲突性,以共识性超越了西方外交的强制性,以责任性超越了西方外交的自私性,以人民性超越了西方外交的阶级性,不仅为中国外交提供了价值指引,而且为重塑全球外交提供了价值共识。The concept of diplomatic value refers to the value a country pursues in its diplomatic practice in consistent with its own cultural tradition and experience in governing the country.Chinese diplomacy has always been characterized by moral principles.With the significant improvement of comprehensive national strength and international status in the new era,major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics has paid more attention to moral appeal and affinity,has actively seized a sound moral ground,and has increasingly displayed distinctive value pursuits.After decades of exploration and practice,major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics has formed a complete diplomatic value system.This system adheres to the principles such as independence and sovereign equality in terms of national existence,peaceful coexistence and peaceful development in terms of inter-state relations,common interest and common values of humanity in terms of consensus among countries,consultation priority and political settlement in terms of diplomatic means,as well as serving the people through diplomacy and pursuing shared future in terms of diplomatic ends.China diplomatic value system embodies the progressiveness of major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics,which are more progressive than that of Western diplomacy.The pursuit of equality in China diplomatic value system is more reasonable than the inequality implied in Western diplomacy,its pursuit of peace is more reasonable than the conflicts caused by Western diplomacy,its pursuit of consensus is more reasonable than the coercion displayed by Western diplomacy,its pursuit of responsibility is more reasonable than the selfishness displayed by Western diplomacy,and its purpose of serving the people is more reasonable than serving a small number of elites in Western diplomacy.The Value system of major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics not only provides value guidance for China diplomacy,but also offers value consensus for reshaping the diplomacy of var
