摘  要:本文旨在建立一种适用于环境水样Cd^(2+)离子灵敏检测的电化学分析方法。利用Nafion膜三维网状结构的优势,采用电化学沉积法,在玻碳电极(GCE)上制备Nafion复合Bi膜电极,并优化Bi(NO_(3))_(3)溶液浓度、沉积时间和Nafion液用量等参数,以获取最优的Bi膜电沉积条件。Cd^(2+)离子的电化学检测采用差分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法,并优化Cd^(2+)离子的富集电位和富集时间、电解质类型等条件。实验结果表明,电沉积Bi的最佳条件为Bi(NO_(3))_(3)浓度200 mg/L、沉积时间100 s、Nafion液用量3μL;DPV检测Ca^(2+)的最佳条件为富集时间300 s,富集电位-1.2 V,采用pH为4.5的ABS电解质溶液。在上述最佳条件下,得到DPV检测Ca^(2+)的线性范围为2~40μg/L,检出限为0.5μg/L。该电化学传感器用于分析环境水样中Cd^(2+)浓度,收回率为98.5%~112.6%,相对标准表差均小于10%;标准加入法检测实验结果表明,该检测方法测得地下水中Cd^(2+)离子含量与ICP-AES检测结果一致。该研究为开发低成本、高灵敏、高选择性的Cd(Ⅱ)离子电化学传感器提供了新方法。Aim of this study was to establish an electrochemical method for sensitive detection of Cd^(2+)ions in environmental water samples.Utilizing the advantages of Nafion films with three dimensional networks,Nafion-coated bismuth film electrodes on glassy carbon electrode(GCE)were obtained via electrodeposition.The electrodeposition conditions like the Bi(NO 3)3 concentration,electrodeposition time and the coated Nafion volume were systematically optimized.The electrochemical detection of Cd^(2+)ions was carried out by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry(DPASV),and the enrichment potential and time of Cd^(2+)ions,electrolyte type and other conditions were optimized.The experimental results show that the optimum conditions for electrodeposition of Bi are as follows:Bi(NO 3)3 concentration of 200 mg/L,deposition time of 100 s,Nafion solution dosage of 3μL;the optimum conditions for the detection of Ca^(2+)by DPV are as follows:the enrichment time is 300 s,the enrichment potential is-1.2 V,and the ABS electrolyte solution with pH of 4.5 is used.Under the above optimal conditions,the linear range of DPV detection of Ca^(2+)is 2~40μg/L,and the detection limit is 0.5μg/L.The electrochemical sensor was successfully used to analyze the concentration of Cd^(2+)in environmental water samples,holding the recoveries from 98.5%to 112.6%and the relative standard deviation less than 10%.Further detection results from standard addition method confirmed the reliability,which were agreed with the detection data by using ICP-AES method.This study provides a novel approach for exploring electrochemical sensors for Cd^(2+)ions with low cost,high sensitivity and selectivity.
