摘 要:探究了定形机不同的上抽风泵功率和每节机箱不同的上抽风组合对定形机加工时面料布面温度的影响,增加和减小上抽风泵功率对面料的布面温度影响较小,但增大上抽风泵功率会增加定形机的能耗;适当增加定形机前6节机箱的上抽风量可以提升面料在定形机内加工时的布面温度;另外,验证了清理定形机后热效能约可提升37.5%。The influence of different upper exhaust pump power of the heat setting machine and different upper ex-haust combinations for each chassis on the fabric surface temperature during the processing of the shaping machine were explored.The increasing or decreasing of the upper exhaust pump power has a relatively small impact on the surface tem-perature of the fabric.But increasing the upper exhaust power will increase the energy consumption of the heat setting ma-chine.Increasing the upper exhaust volume of the first six chassis of the heat setting machine can improve the surface tem-perature of the fabric during processing in the machine.Furthermore,it was verified that the thermal efficiency of the cleaning and shaping machine can be improved by approximately 37.5%.
