摘  要:为探讨植物染料对纺织物染色的影响,采用因子分析法,对染色温度、染液用量、pH、固色剂种类等影响因素进行系统研究,并据此对工艺进行优化。结果表明,植物染料的染色性能受多种因素影响,其中温度、染料用量、固色剂种类为关键因子,通过合理优化工艺参数可显著提高染色效果,降低染色过程对环境的影响。In order to study the influence of plant dyes on textile dyeing,factor analysis was used to systematically study the influence factors such as dyeing temperature,dye dosage,pH and color fixing agent type,and then the process was optimized.The results showed that the dyeing performance of plant dyes was affected by many factors,among which temperature,dye dosage and type of fixing agent were the key factors.Reasonable optimization of process parameters could significantly improve the dyeing effect and reduce the influence of dyeing process on the environment.
