摘  要:甘肃省某伴生钛铁矿在矿区遗留历史采选产生的废石和干磁选产生的干抛尾,长期堆存不仅造成了矿产资源浪费和土地资源占用,而且产生的扬尘和淋溶水对周边环境产生一定的影响。采用弱磁选+浮选联合工艺对废石和干抛尾进行二次选矿利用,得到产品铁精粉、钛精粉,产生的尾矿全部制砖。一方面实现固体废物综合利用,变废为宝;另一方面减轻固体废物堆存产生的环境污染,具有较好的环境效益。The prolonged accumulation of waste rock from historical mining activities and the tailings from magnetic separation in Gansu Province ilmenite,not only leads to the squandering of mineral resources and the encroachment on land,but also emits dust and generates leachate,adversely affecting the surrounding environment.The process of low-intensity magnetic separation combined with flotation is employed to beneficiate the waste rock and dry magnetic tailings,yielding iron and titanium concentrate powders.All tailings are utilized in brick manufacturing.This process not only achieves the comprehensive utilization of solid waste,transforming it into a valuable resource,but also mitigates environmental pollution from waste accumulation,offering significant environmental benefits.
