摘 要:以富氧侧吹炉危废处理技术向绿色低碳发展的需求为核心,分析总结技术发展面临的难点问题和挑战,提出了发展转型对策:强化技术升级与节能降耗,深入挖掘金属回收率的提升空间,调控用能结构推动低碳发展转型,稳步提升自动化和数字化技术水平,以及烟气治理与绿色低碳技术融合开发。经发展实施转型举措,有力地助推“双碳”目标与“无废城市”建设的达成。With the demand for the development of the oxygen-enriched side-blown furnace hazardous waste treatment technology towards green and low-carbon as its core,the difficult problems and challenges faced in the technological development were analyzed and summarized,and the development and transformation countermeasures were proposed:to strengthen technological upgrading and energy saving and consumption reduction,deeply explore the improvement space of the metal recovery rate,control the energy use structure to promote the low-carbon development transformation,steadily enhance the level of automation and digital technology,and integrate the flue gas treatment with green and low-carbon technology for development.Through the implementation of development and transformation measures,it has strongly helped to achieve the"double carbon"goals and the construction of"waste-free cities".
