摘  要:半导体光催化技术能够将太阳能转化成化学能,可直接催化降解废水中的污染物,推进废水循环利用,有效缓解水资源短缺。在半导体光催化剂中,CdS由于具有较窄的带隙宽度、合适的能带位置和宽的可见光吸收范围而受到广泛关注。系统总结了CdS基纳米材料制备的最新进展,概述了其在废水处理领域的应用,并对CdS基纳米材料发展面临的挑战和未来发展方向进行了展望,旨在对开发高效的CdS基纳米材料光催化剂提供参考。Semiconductor photocatalytic technology can convert solar energy into chemical energy,which can directly catalyze the degradation of pollutants in wastewater,promote wastewater recycling,and effectively alleviate water resources shortage.Among semiconductor photocatalysts,CdS has attracted extensive attention due to its narrow bandgap,suitable band position,and wide visible light absorption range.In this paper,the latest progress in the preparation of CdS-based nanomaterials as systematically summarized,and their applications in wastewater treatment were summarized.Additionally,the challenges and future development directions for CdS-based nanomaterials were also prosposed,so as to provide references for the development of efficient CdS-based nanomaterial photocatalysts.
